Established in 1979, Chung Ying Theatre Company (CYTC) is a reputed theatre organisation financially supported by the Government of the HKSAR and a Venue Partner of Kwai Tsing Theatre, dedicating to promote dramatic arts and develop educational and outreach programmes. Chung Ying Theatre Company is currently participating in the "Arts Talents Internship Matching Scheme 2023/24" of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and is recruiting an officer to assist in its upcoming 45th-anniversary celebrations in the year 2024/25. The celebration includes a series of programmes, exhibition and promotion events. The contract period is for 18 months.
The officer will work with the team:
1. To assist in organising and executing all celebration programmes and ad hoc projects as required;
2. To execute strategic communication plans to enhance company awareness through celebration programmes, and manage deliverable timelines;
3. To provide administrative support such as contracts, proposals and reports, file management; and
4. To prepare publicity materials and collateral in line with the corporate communications strategy and support corporate business needs and initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Strong interest in performing arts;
2. Good understanding of theatre production as well as local performing arts fields;
3. Detail minded and self motivated;
4. Strong communications and coordination skills; and
5. Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

中英劇團現正參與香港藝術發展局「藝術人才見習配對計劃2023/24」，新增一名駐團演員，給予年輕藝術家發揮、探索及實踐的空間。合約為期十八個月。
職責包括：
1. 參與劇團的主舞台、黑盒劇場製作、教育及外展部的演出，適時參與相關的藝術崗位，例如導演助理、編舞助理、劇本整理等；
2. 需要時參與編作項目；
3. 需參與劇團安排的恆常訓練；
4. 協助藝術總監及創作團隊策劃及籌備節目，以實行劇團的藝術目標。
入職條件：
1. 具備舞台演出經驗者將獲優先考慮；
2. 具備良好的溝通能力及團隊精神；
3. 須配合劇團彈性工作時間；
4. 具中、英語演戲能力者尤佳。
