Jacqueline Lee is a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong specialising in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Passionate in pro bono work, Jacqueline has ample experience in assisting with the establishment and operation of charitable organisations and the coordination of non-profit initiatives. Lee graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2008 with a degree in LLB Bachelor of Laws. She subsequently studied a Master of Arts degree in Comparative and Public History from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and graduated top of her class with academic scholarships. Outside of her work, Jacqueline loves reading, practicing calligraphy and is a regular theatre goer.

Lee now sits on the Board of Directors of Chung Ying Theatre Company.
