Mr Lau Siu Ki, Kevin graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (currently The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and is a fellow member of both The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He had worked in one of the Big 4 accounting firms for 15 years and is now independent non-executive director/company secretary of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong.

Lau now sits on the Board of Directors of Chung Ying Theatre Company.
