Mr Kwong Kam Chuen graduated as bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying) in Hong Kong.

Kwong now serves as Chairman of the Board of Chung Ying Theatre Company and Committee Member of the Research and Development Committee of The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong Diocese Building and Development Commission.
