Mr Lee Chi Ming, Leo, graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (currently The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and is a fellow member of both The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He was the director of Finance and Administration of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission prior to his retirement. He now serves as an independent non-executive director of a number of listed companies.

Lee now serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Chung Ying Theatre Company.
