Ms Kwan Yuet Wah, Karina graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (currently The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and is a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Comparative and Public History from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was the former group treasurer of Hong Kong Electric Holdings Ltd. (now as Power Assets Holdings Ltd.).

Ms Kwan now serves as Advisor of Chung Ying Theatre Company and Director of Windriveon Company Ltd.
