Corporate Training
Introduction

In collaboration primarily with NGOs or service-oriented enterprises, thematic drama projects are designed. Participants engage in the dramatic process at times, while at other times, they detach from it to reflect, thereby promoting new perspectives and a deeper investigation of the given circumstances. New insights and understanding are expected, for the overall enhancement of professional capabilities.

Mei Ho House Hong Kong Spirit Learning Program

Collaborator: Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association (HKYHA)

Participants: Secondary School Teachers & Staff of HKYHA

Characteristics: Video production and the application of “process drama”. A sense of the old era was established, creating an authentic atmosphere that allowed participants to believe in the context.

Content: Videos were created using background information about the lives of residents in the old days. Along with the video content, exercises from process drama were compiled into teaching materials for use in schools. This was complemented by demonstrations and workshops for teachers. This approach guided them to deeply understand the living conditions; explore the lifestyle, neighbourhood relationships, morality, personal values, and the “Lion Rock” spirit of resilience in adversity, all contributing to a comprehensive learning experience.
