Chung Ying is going to launch a pilot project to offer underprivileged youths a chance to participate in the arts through theatre training and performances. This will thereby foster their interest in arts and culture, enhance their self-confidence and interpersonal skills as well as improve the quality of liberal arts.

Through theatre, music and dance training in the Scheme, the underprivileged will go through a process of rediscovering themselves. It helps them deal with the difficulties of growing up, learn about self-assurance, and appreciate everything around.
